Why would you guys continue to post peoples’ names if these auctions are already taken place? Its cruel to post that people have experienced hardships long after they’ve marinated in their challenges and loss personal items? Must you broadcast this ages afterwards? THIS IS OLD INFORMATION and you need to delete all of these affected people’s names due to the auctions having long taken place. You need to delete these people’s names now.
What about all the millions of circulated newspapers with the same information in the legal ads that is posted here? There are plenty of people that archive newspaper data everyday, including legal ads.
Also, would you have the library’s erase the names on each newspaper page they have in their archives? Or even, would you have the newspapers send people around to erase information on each of the issues in circulation when the data gets old?
And lastly, have you done any search engine searches lately? This little niche site is the last site to be worried about when it comes to posting legal ad information.
Why would newspapers, public libraries and search engines be entitled to archive information and I am not? Hmmmm…
Heck, take it one step further. What about all the people finder databases on the Internet? They devour publicly available information from the tens of thousands of municipal databases available like a child eating candy. Births, deaths, marriages, divorces, bankruptcies, home sales, foreclosures and just about any other piece of a person’s life are easily accessed through publicly available government databases. Heck, and the people finder web sites are charging big bucks for their services as well. You should be offended that they are actually charging money for something that is available free of charge – LOL!
BTW, I honor all name removal requests (free of charge) if the person wanting the information removed and sent to me via USPS mail does the request in writing. Read: not electronically over the Internet. I do however need to know exactly where the information to be removed was seen (the full exact URL).
And finally, it’s only a name being posted here. With over 300 million people in the USA the chances of drawing a direct connection to anybody would be rare. This isn’t a people finder database.
Thanks,
Phil
PS, the only thing I can’t figure out is why you, from your IP location are doing searches for a name/data located in a different state than you are located in. The name you searched Google for is a unique one as well. Interesting…
